The 1801 built house is a traditional Ausseer house in a beautiful secluded location - 50m from the shores of Lake Grundl.
Many years ago, the Viennese nobility and the bourgeoisie came to the summer resort in this cozy gem at the lake and enjoyed the peace and the unique view of the mountains and the cool retreat.
The house leaves you perfectly sattisfied and offers a lot of comfort.
A cozy table is waiting outside the front door, the kitchen is fully equipped and the upper floor is dedicated to the motto Sleep and Relax with the Ausseer veranda and two spacious bedrooms. On the ground floor, the entrance hall leads to the kitchen-cum-living room with seating, followed by the marble bathroom and the farmhouse parlor.
A special highlight is the sauna with lake view in the garden shed, which of course can also be used in winter.
A Dive into the fresh waters of Lake Grundl is just 50 meters away and a mere 14 kilometeres to Skiing at Loser during the winter time.
In summer, numerous hiking trails and mountain bike trails await you.
Do not miss a trip to the nearby Toplitzsee, to take a stroll just like the emperor Franz Josef did.
